Prince of Peace Lutheran Church
Saint Joseph, Illinois
We are a family of believers, united to know Christ and make him known.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:

HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GATHERINGS take place in the youth room every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.  Check the "Youth" page for updates!

THE SAINT JOSEPH FOOD PANTRY NEEDS OUR HELP!
Demand is high, and food supplies for the pantry are often stretched.  Bring your canned and non-perishable goods to the boxes in the breezeway entrance (near the church offices).  Your donations will be a blessing to families in need in our community!

WIENER ROAST:  The PoP Outreach Committee would like to invite all families to come to Prince of Peace on Sunday, October 28th, from 3-5 p.m. to enjoy our 2nd Annual wiener roast and hay-rack ride in conjunction with the PoPCELC "Trunk or Treat" event.  All food and drinks will be provided.  We will be located in the grassy area north of the church.  We hope to see you there!

WOMEN’S STUDY - Listen. Love. Repeat. From author Karen Ehman, this 5 week study gives us practical, creative ideas to scatter kindness and reminds us that true joy comes from putting others first.  We’ll meet Tuesdays at 6:30pm beginning October 16th. Get your copy of Listen. Love. Repeat, and read chapters one and two for our first gathering. We always enjoy great conversation and chocolate.  Invite a friend! Questions? Contact Melissa Idleman at 469-2786 or Melissa.idleman@comcast.net

REFORMATION SERVICE:  Great Rivers Mission District is sponsoring a Reformation Service for area congregations on Sunday, October 28 at 7 p.m. at St John’s, Royal. Martin Luther Men’s Chorus will perform, and Pastor Donna will be preaching.

SPECIAL PRAYERS FOR ALL SAINTS DAY, NOVEMBER 3-4
